Garden Cukes

Lots of cucumbers coming.  Time to ferment some.  Used 5% (by weight) brine solution. 


Added some cherry tree leaves for tannins and fresh garlic and dill. 


Picked cukes, not a lot, put them in ice water and rubbed off the spines.  After placing them in the jar I used a glass that fit inside the mouth to keep them submerged below the surface.
