Cukes a few days later

You can see how cloudy it's become. That is a good thing!


They are well on their way. Could have a bit less salt perhaps. I'll let them go a few more days.

    Wow ... looks good! I was wondering about my "carrot water" turning cloudy. I'm glad to see that it is all part of the process!
